MANDATORY: No Video = No Refund
To claim a refund for damage or missing items, you MUST provide a continuous, uncut unboxing video starting from opening the outer delivery packet. If you have any doubt about the package condition, record it. Without this video, your claim will be instantly rejected.
1. The 7-Day Testing Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to test the display. This return window is valid ONLY if the product remains in its original condition.
Allowed
- • Connect strip to motherboard for testing.
- • Check touch sensitivity & pixels.
- • Check brightness levels.
Voids Warranty
- • Applying glue or pasting screen.
- • Removing warranty seals/films.
- • Permanent installation.
2. Return Eligibility
Your item is eligible for return/replacement if:
- The product is defective (e.g., blank screen, touch issues) before installation.
- The product received is different from what was ordered.
- The product arrived damaged (Proven by Unboxing Video).
